IISER Opens Online Application for the Admission to PhD Program, Apply Before December 16

Indian Institute of Science Education and Research has released an application for the MBA program for AY 2025. Candidates interested can apply online at @admissions.iisertvm.ac.in, and submit documents including a Scanned passport-size photo, Scanned signature, and Scanned proof for DOB for a successful application

The following schedule will govern admission to the PhD program at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research.

IISER PhD Program Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must qualify as per the below-mentioned criteria to gain admission to the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research PhD program

• Pass at least one of the national eligibility tests with validity as of January 1, 2025.
• For General, OBC, and NCL students, earn at least 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale or a first-class Master's degree in related fields as announced by the relevant university
• For SC/ST and PwD candidates, earn at least 50% of the possible points (or a CGPA of 5.5 on the 10-point scale).
• National eligibility requirements do not apply to BS-MS students from any of the IISERs, IITs, or IISc who have a CGPA of 8 or higher on a 10-point scale.

IISER PhD Program Documents Required

Candidates must upload the documents mentioned below at the time of admission:

• Scanned passport-size photo
• Scanned signature
• Scanned proof for DOB
• Scanned evidence of passing exams at the secondary, higher secondary, bachelor's, and master's levels
• National Level examinations mark sheets
• Caste certificate for SC/ST candidates

• Candidates must complete the online application at @admissions.iisertvm.ac.in
• Applications will only be considered if they are complete in every manner. Once your application is finished, don't forget to click the "Submit" button.
• Additionally, all supporting material must be submitted online by applicants.
• Candidates should list two references' names, affiliations, phone numbers, and email addresses on the application form.
• Candidates will receive a unique application number and an email recognizing their submission after completing the online application.

IISER PhD Program Application Fee

Candidate must pay an application fee at the time of admission as per the table mentioned below:

Upon registration, you will get the login credentials on the registered email address and phone number provided. Candidates will use these credentials for future use of fee payment, exam registration, and other process.
