IISWBM has extended the MBA 2026–28 application deadline to February 16, 2026, with CAT-based selection.

The Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management (IISWBM) has officially opened applications for MBA Admission 2026–28, extending the last date to February 16, 2026.
Admissions are offered for the two-year full-time MBA (Day) programme and will be conducted based on CAT 2025 scores, followed by Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). Eligible graduates can apply through the institute’s prescribed process as per the admission calendar released for 2026.
Admission to the MBA programme at IISWBM is based on CAT 2025 performance, along with GD & PI rounds and the academic background of candidates. Shortlisted applicants after CAT will be invited for GD and PI scheduled in March 2026. The final merit list is expected to be released between March and April 2026.

Who is Eligible to Apply?
Candidates must hold an Honours degree with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwD categories) from a recognized university. Graduates from professional courses such as Engineering or a 5-year LL.B programme are also eligible. In universities where Honours courses are not offered, candidates must have 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying degree examination.
Documents Required for MBA Admission
Applicants shortlisted for GD and PI must produce Class X and XII marksheets, degree certificates and marksheets, proof of date of birth, and CAT/GMAT registration details. Category-specific certificates such as SC/ST/NC-OBC, PwD, or Below Poverty Line (BPL) certificates must be submitted where applicable.
Candidates included in the final selection list must complete admission formalities within the notified timeline. The MBA 2026–28 batch will begin classes in July 2026, and selected students should be prepared with original documents for verification during enrollment.
