New Delhi: IIT Bombay has released the schedule for written tests and personal interviews for MTech and PhD admission process for the academic session 2023-24 (Autumn Semester). Interested candidates can check the complete schedule on the official website at iitb.ac.in.
As per the notice, the written test and/or interview for IIT Bombay MTech Admission 2023 will be held on May 16 for MTech in Biomedical Engineering, May 12 for Chemical Engineering and May 15 for Geotechnical Engineering and Structural Engineering. The written test for MTech in Educational Technology will be held on May 10, 2023.
For admission to IIT Bombay PhD Program 2023, the institute will conduct the interview for the Earth Sciences discipline on May 04 and 05, 2023. For PhD Program offered by the Department of Civil Engineering, the written test will be held on May 03 and PI will be conducted on May 03 and 04, 2023.

MTech and PhD program of IIT Bombay is offered under various departments such as Aerospace Engineering (AE), Biosciences and Bioengineering (BB), Chemical Engineering (CL), Civil Engineering (CE), Computer Science and Engineering (CS), Earth Sciences (ES) and Electrical Engineering (EE) among others.
Admission to the MTech program is done on the basis of the candidate’s performance in GATE, followed by a written test/PI conducted by the institute. For PhD admission, applicants are selected based on GATE/CEED scores followed by their performance in the personal interview.
