JAKBOPEE Announces 1st Round of Physical Counseling for 12th-Based Paramedical Diploma Courses

The Jammu and Kashmir  Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JAKBOPEE) has issued the notification regarding the 1st round schedule of physical counseling for the 12th-based paramedical diploma courses. The counseling session will be held beginning on the 14th of October 2024 and is being held for the candidates who have appeared for the entrance examination earlier this year and have qualified for it.

This counseling round is very important for all the candidates who wish to get admission to different paramedical diploma courses available in Jammu and Kashmir.

Documents Required

Candidates are required to bring the following original documents along with photocopies during counseling

• Admit card of the entrance exam
• 10th and 12th mark sheets and certificates
• Domicile certificate
• Proof of date of birth
• Category certificate (if applicable)
• Recent passport-size photographs

Instructions for Candidates

1. Timing: Candidates must report to the venue on time as per the counseling schedule.
2. Merit List: The allocation of seats will rely on the merit list and the number of seats available in the respective courses.

3. Non-Attendance: The candidate who does not attend on the day fixed for the counseling will forfeit the chance in that round of counseling.

4. Fee Payment: All fee payments must be made by the regulations imposed by JAKBOPEE.

Seat matrix of JAKBOPEE The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) has released the tentative seat matrix for the first round of physical counseling for 12th-based diploma paramedical courses. 

The matrix consists of General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM), Auxiliary Nursing and Midwifery (ANM), Medical Radiography Technology  (MRT), and other paramedical programs.

The seat matrix provides a break-up of total seat positions for all categories across different institutions and hence better enables students to make choices in the counseling process.
