Who Needs to Register?
Candidates who did not apply for JEE Main 2025 Session 1 must complete the full registration process. Candidates who have already registered for Session 1 do not need to register again; they can simply log in and complete the application process for Session 2.
Step-by-Step Process to Apply for JEE Main 2025 Session 2
- Visit the Official Website – Go to jeemain.nta.nic.in.
- New Registration (If Required) – Click on “JEE Main 2025 Session 2 Application Form” and select “New Candidate Registration” (not needed for Session 1 applicants).
- Fill in Personal and Academic Details – Enter details such as name, date of birth, academic qualifications, etc.
- Upload Required Documents – Provide scanned copies of a passport-size photograph, signature, and category certificate (if applicable).
- Payment of Fees – Pay the application fee online using a debit/credit card, internet banking, or UPI.
- Submit the Application – Once the fee is paid, the application form will be submitted successfully.
- Download Confirmation Page – Take a printout of the completed form for future reference.

NTA has discontinued the option to register using DigiLocker, ABC ID, Passport Number, PAN, or Aadhaar Enrollment Number. Previously, candidates could choose their preferred registration mode before filling out the form. Now, they must select an authentication method at the examination center:

- Authenticate through a valid Government ID with a photograph
