NTA has released the JEE Main result 2025 on the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in. Along with the results, the scorecard link, toppers list, cutoff, marks vs percentile, and more details are updated here.
National Testing Agency (NTA) is has released the JEE Main 2025 Session 1 results. Candidates who appeared for the JEE Main 2025 exam Session 1 exam can check their results on the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in by logging in with their application number and password. NTA has released two JEE main result links to avoid heavy traffic and ensure a smooth process.
JEE Main 2025 topper for Session 1 BE/BTech paper is Ayush Singhal from Rajasthan. A total of 14 candidates scored the perfect NTA score, including 13 make and 1 female. This year, most toppers were from Rajasthan.

Earlier, NTA had released a JEE Main result link on February 10, 2025. However, that link shows ‘500 Interal Server Error’. An official notification about JEE Main scorecard will released anytime soon. NTA had also released a JEE Main 2025 Demo Scorecard link on examinationservices.nic.in.
This year, the JEE Main 2025 for Session 1 was conducted on January 22, 23, 24, 28, and 29 for Paper 1 and January 30 for Paper 2. The Session 1 registration is also ongoing till February 25, 2025. JEE Main answer key 2025 Session 1 has been released on February 10, 2025.
How to Check JEE Main Result?
Checking the JEE Main 2025 Session 1 Result online is a straightforward process. The jeemain.nta.nic.in result list will be released by Feb 12. Once you click on the scorecard downbload link, you will be prompted to enter your Application Number, Date of Birth, and Security PIN (if provided). Download and print the scorecard for further reference. These details were used during the registration process, so keep them handy.

This year, a total of 13.11 lakh students registered for JEE Main 2025 Session 1 BE/BTech paper. What’s Next After JEE Mains 2025 Result?
- Candidates who qualify in JEE Main 2025 Session 1 through jeemain.nta.nic.in result will be eligible for JoSAA Counselling for admission into NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs.
- Top performers will also qualify to appear for JEE Advanced 2025.
- Those who wish to improve their scores can appear for JEE Main 2025 Session 2, scheduled from April 1 to 8, 2025.
- Registration for Session 2 is currently open and will remain available until February 24, 2025.

Sai Manogna Guthikonda from Andhra Pradesh is the female topper in JEE Main 2025 for Paper 1 (BE/BTech) with a perfect 100 NTA score.

Based on previous year trends, the General (UR-ALL) and General-PwD categories will be the most competitive.
- General scores will range from 94.24 to 100 percentile
- General-PwD scores will range from 0.00 to 94.20 percentile
- EWS category will be more competitive, with scores between 82.33 and 94.23 percentile
For JEE Main 2025 Paper 1, the merit will be determined by converting the raw scores in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry into NTA scores. The overall merit will be prepared by merging NTA scores of all shifts across all days.
In the case of a tie between candidates with the same total NTA score, the tie will be resolved in the following order:
- NTA score in Mathematics: Higher score in Mathematics gets preference
- NTA score in Physics: Higher score in Physics gets preference
- NTA score in Chemistry: Higher score in Chemistry gets preference
- Candidate with fewer incorrect answers overall: Candidates with fewer incorrect answers get preference
- Candidate with fewer incorrect answers in Mathematics: Preference given to fewer incorrect answers in Mathematics
- Candidate with fewer incorrect answers in Physics: Preference given to fewer incorrect answers in Physics
- Candidate with fewer incorrect answers in Chemistry: Preference given to fewer incorrect answers in Chemistry
- If tie persists, candidates will be assigned the same rank
JEE Main 2025 normalization is the process of adjusting the raw scores from each session to make them comparable. This is done using Percentile Scores which reflect the relative performance of candidates who appeared for the exam in different sessions.

Physics had the highest number of dropped questions (6), followed by Chemistry (2) and Mathematics (1). According to schedule, the JEE Mains 2025 result for Session 1 is expected to be out by February 12, 2025. However, since the final answer key has been released, the scorecard download link will be released anytime soon.
NTA has released the link to download JEE Main 2025 Final Answer Key on the official website. However, the link was removed soon after. Then the final answer key released again.
NTA has released the shift-wise final answer key for JEE Main 2025 Session 1 Paper 1. The key has the the correct answers for Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics sections in the form of “Question ID” and “Correct Option ID”.
Note: JEE Main 2025 final answer key for Paper 1 is released separately for centers in India and centers outside India.
NTA has released the JEE Main 2025 Session 1 final answer for B.E/B.Tech papers today. Candidates can download JEE Main 2025 answer key PDF from the official website – jeemain.nta.nic.in.
NTA has started JEE Main 2025 session 2 registration on February 1, 2025. Interested candidates can submit the application form by February 25, 2025 9 PM and pay the application fee by 11.50 PM.
The JEE Main 2025 cutoff and All India Rank (AIR) will be announced in the JEE Main Session 2 result scorecard in April.
