JIPMER will conduct the walk-in interview for admission to certificate programs on February 13, 2025. Registrations for counselling will start from 9:00 am till 10:30 am. Read the article for more details.
Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) has released the counselling schedule for admission to certificate programs for the academic year 2024-25.
Candidates have to fill out the application form and submit it along with the necessary documents (xerox copy of the Birth Certificate,12th Mark Sheet & Degree Certificate only for Enterostomal Therapy) to the Academic Section addressed to The Dean (Academic), JIPMER by February 8, 2025 up to 4:30 pm.

Candidates have to pay a one-time fee of INR 130 and a caution deposit of INR 1,000.

The counselling will be conducted at JIPMER Academic Section, III-Floor, JIPMER Academic Center.
JIPMER Certificate Programs 2024-25 Eligibility Criteria

| Qualified Mortuary Assistant (QMA) | Completed 10+2 (Science with Biology) | 17 to 25 years as of December 31, 2024 | 12 Months + 1 Year Optional Internship |
| Phlebotomy | Completed 10+2 (Science with Biology) | 17 to 25 years as of December 31, 2024 | 12 Months (6 months training and 6 months compulsory internship) |
| Enterostomal Therapy Nursing | B.Sc. Nursing with One year of clinical experience | 30 years as of December 31, 2024 | 3 Months |
A stipend of INR 300 will be offered during the program period and a stipend of INR 3,713 will be offered during the optional internship period.
JIPMER Certificate Programs Counselling 2024-25 Documents Required
Candidates are required to bring the following original certificates. Bonafide certificates will not
be accepted.
- 10+2 Mark sheet
- Transfer Certificate
- Conduct Certificate
- Birth Certificate
- Residence Certificate
- B.Sc Nursing Degree Certificate - for Enterostomal Therapy
- One set of photocopies of all the documents
- 2 Passport-Size Photographs
After the registration, the merit list among candidates present for counseling will be drawn based on the marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology or Biology put together / B.Sc. (Nursing) marks. Candidates will be selected as per their merit ranking and the remaining candidates will be waitlisted for future vacancies, if any.
