KEAM 2026 Exam Begins April 17; Engineering Exam Till April 22

The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has revised the KEAM 2026 exam schedule, and the exam is now set to begin from April 17, 2026. The earlier schedule had the exam running till April 23, which has now been shortened to April 22. Candidates who have successfully submitted their applications can download their KEAM 2026 admit card from the official portal at cee.kerala.gov.in. However, a section of candidates is yet to receive their hall tickets due to pending issues in their applications.

CEE Kerala has clarified that hall tickets have been withheld for candidates with defects in their uploaded photograph or signature, errors or non-uploading of the Class 10 certificate, or pending payment of the application fee. The deadline to rectify these issues was 4 PM on April 15, 2026. Candidates who failed to resolve their discrepancies within the deadline will not be issued admit cards and will not be permitted to appear for the exam.

KEAM 2026 Details

KEAM 2026 will be conducted across multiple centres in Kerala and in select cities outside the state, including Mumbai, New Delhi, Chennai, Bengaluru, Sharjah, Kuwait, and Bahrain.

How to Download KEAM 2026 Admit Card

• Visit the official KEAM Candidate Portal at cee.kerala.gov.in
• Log in using your application number and password
• Download and take a colour printout of the admit card

Documents to Carry on Exam Day

Candidates must carry a printed copy of their KEAM 2026 admit card along with a valid photo ID proof. Accepted IDs include Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Passport, or School ID. In case none of these are available, a certificate of identity issued by a school head or a gazetted officer is also acceptable. Entry to the exam hall will not be permitted without the admit card.

What Candidates with Withheld Hall Tickets Should Do?

• Log in to the KEAM Candidate Portal at cee.kerala.gov.in
• Click on the 'Memo Details' section in your profile
• Check the specific defect or pending issue listed
• Rectify the issue (upload correct documents or pay pending fee) before the deadline

Note: Candidates are advised to download their admit card only from the official website cee.kerala.gov.in. Beware of fake websites or third-party portals claiming to provide KEAM hall tickets.
