The Government of Kerala has officially released the third phase allotment for admission to the PG Medical courses 2025 to fill up the vacant seats in the government medical colleges in the state, the regional cancer centre, and private self finacing medcal colleges.
As per the official notification, allotted seats in the third phase shall be final, and candidates will not be allowed to surrender seats after the allotment in the third phase. Also, a seat in the third phase allotment will not be eligible for any subsequent allotments.

After the completion of the third phase allotment, if any vacancies are left will be published on the official website. There will be a fresh option registration for the Stray Vacancy Round. Seats due to un-allotted/non-joining of Phase 3 will be published.

If vacancies exist even after an initial stray vacancy allotment and if there is sufficient time before the cut-off date for admissions prescribed by the National Medical Commission, additional stray vacancy allotments may be conducted based on the options registered for the Stray vacancy filling phase. If any candidate vacates a seat joined in the Stray vacancy allotment or vacates a joined seat.

Steps to Download Kerala NEET PG Round 3 Allotment List
- Candidates are advised to visit the official website cee.kerala.gov.in.
- Applicants should log on to the PG Medical 2025 Candidates Portal using their application number and password.
- Click on the link Allotment Result to view their Allotment result.
- Candidates are advised to take a printout of the Allotment Memo, and report to the allotted college withthe prospectus.
