The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations has officially released the Online Stray Round Allotment List for admission to the PG Medical courses 2025 to fill up the vacant seats in the government medical colleges in the state and private self-financing medical colleges. According to the tentative Stray Round schedule, shortlisted candidates must report to the allotted college on or before February 28, 2026, till 4 PM along with all required documents specified in the Allotment Memo and Prospectus.

As per the official notification, the stray vacancy round aims to fill the remaining vacant seats as well as those arising due to non-joining in the third phase of counselling. Candidates included in the Kerala State Merit List are eligible to participate in the process.

The above allotment list shows that a total of 60 students have been shortlisted in the Stray Round, with most seats filled in clinical branches such as Paediatrics, Orthopaedics, General Surgery, Anaesthesia, Pathology, and ENT. However, the most competitive specialties include General Medicine, Dermatology, and Respiratory Medicine, which had few allotments.
