Earlier, the Kerala National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship Examination 2023 was conducted on December 11, 2023. Students were required to appear for the Mental Ability Test (MAT) and the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) to be considered for the scholarship.
Students who are shortlisted for the scholarship program will receive an annual scholarship of INR 12000 to continue their studies in government, government-aided or local schools from the Union Education Ministry. The amount will be credited directly to the bank of students till they reach class 12th.
