New Delhi: KIIT Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar has achieved a full 100% placement record, securing 6,200 job offers. The placements involved over 5,000 students from the KIIT School of Management, Biotechnology, and KSOL. A notable participation of over 750 companies marked the KIIT placements 2023.

Witnessing significant growth, KIIT Bhubaneswar recorded the highest salary reaching INR 63 LPA, and KIIT has now joined the ranks of leading national institutes, setting a benchmark in campus placement compensation.

Around 2,000 of these offers were categorized as Dream Offers, featuring an average CTC of INR 8.20 LPA. Capgemini led the way with the highest number of offers, followed by Bosch Global Software Technologies with 302 and 242 offers, respectively, the institute said.

According to the KIIT Bhubaneswar Placements data, Yugabyte offeredy the highest package with the annual CTC of INR 63 lakh, while renowned recruiters such as Amazon, Atlassian, and LightBeam extended salaries exceeding INR 30 LPA. Over 155 companies provided salary packages surpassing INR 5 LPA.

Notably, Cisco, Philips, ION Group, Razorpay Software (P) Ltd, Kickdrum, Silicon Labs, Schlumberger, ZS Associates, Dell Technologies, BCN, ITRON, Commvault, VmWare, among others, offered packages ranging from INR 15 lakh to INR 25 lakh per annum, with a total of 47 recruiters participating.
