MAH CET 2024: Submission of Original Documents Mandatory for Final Round of Admission

The State Common Entrance Examination Board, Maharashtra, has issued an important notice regarding the admission process for BBA, BCA, BBM, BMS, MBA Integrated, and MCA Integrated programs for the academic year 2024-25. This is the first year that admissions for these courses are being conducted through the Centralized Admission Process (CAP).

Candidates who uploaded receipts in place of original certificates during earlier rounds must submit their original certificates by October 23, 2024, at 3:00 PM. Failure to do so will result in the automatic cancellation of admission through the system.

Key Instructions for Candidates:

1. Submission Deadline:

   • Candidates must upload their original certificates via the MAH CET portal login and submit the originals to the institutes where they have secured admission.

   • Deadline: October 23, 2024, at 3:00 PM.

2. Cancellation Policy:

   • Those who do not submit the required documents by the deadline will have their admission automatically cancelled by the system.

3. Caste Verification for SEBC and OBC Candidates:

   • As per Government of Maharashtra resolutions dated July 22, 2024, and September 5, 2024, candidates from SEBC and OBC categories will be given additional time for caste certificate verification.

• All candidates, parents and institutions are requested to log on to the website regularly for information

• The CET Cell office also requests institutions to carry out admissions strictly and rule out last minute problems

This centralized process shall be transparent as far as admissions are concerned and this course has drastic changes in the pattern followed while admitting aspirants in various management and technical courses in Maharashtra.
