MP NEET PG Round 3 registration will open from January 19 for MD/MS counselling with revised qualifying percentile.

The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh has announced the opening of Round 3 registration for MP NEET PG 2025 counselling for MD and MS courses. As per the official notice, eligible candidates can apply online starting January 19, 2026, following the revision of the minimum qualifying percentile for NEET PG 2025–26. The registration window has been opened to fill vacant seats under the state quota, and candidates must complete the process within the given deadline.
MP NEET PG Round 3 Registration Dates 2026
According to the official notice released by DME MP, Round 3 registration will begin on January 19, 2026, and will remain open until January 26, 2026 (11:59 PM). Candidates will also be allowed to edit their registration details during this period. No corrections will be permitted after the registration window closes.
Candidates who meet the revised NEET PG qualifying percentile issued by the National Board of Examinations (NBE) are eligible to apply. The percentile has been lowered for all categories, allowing more candidates to participate in Round 3 state counselling. Only those who have not secured a seat in previous rounds or are newly eligible can proceed with fresh registration.

DME MP has advised in-service candidates to register under the open category. After the registration process is completed, their category will be converted to in-service based on the list provided by the Directorate of Health Services (DHS). Candidates will receive updates related to the updated registration slip on their registered mobile number.
The State MOP-UP round schedule will be announced shortly by the authorities. Candidates are advised to regularly check the DME MP website and MP Online portal for further updates related to seat allotment, choice filling, and reporting.
After Round 3 registration, DME MP will release the merit list and seat allotment results. Shortlisted candidates will be required to participate in the document verification and reporting process as per the counselling schedule. Details regarding documents required for counselling and reporting timelines will be notified soon.
