NALSAR Begins LLM Insolvency & Bankruptcy Law Admission 2026; Apply Before May 31 @nalsar.ac.in

NALSAR University of Law, in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, has opened applications for LLM Insolvency & Bankruptcy Law Admission 2026. The two-year specialised LLM programme focuses on India’s evolving insolvency and bankruptcy framework.

Applications are open till May 31, 2026, while the online entrance examination will be conducted on June 7, 2026. The programme offers a unique dual-campus academic exposure across Hyderabad and New Delhi.

The LLM in Insolvency & Bankruptcy Law is a jointly offered specialised postgraduate law programme designed to meet the growing demand for professionals in insolvency resolution, corporate restructuring, and bankruptcy proceedings.

Students will study Year 1 at NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, followed by Year 2 at the IICA campus in New Delhi, combining academic depth with policy-level exposure.

How to Apply for NALSAR LLM Insolvency & Bankruptcy Law 2026?

The application process is completely online, and candidates must submit the form through the official admission portal.

1. Register online using a valid email ID on the application portal. Login credentials will be sent via email.
2. Log in using the provided ID and password.
3. Carefully read the admission notification and brochure before proceeding.
4. Fill in all mandatory details, upload required documents, and photograph.
5. Click Save to review or modify details before payment.
6. Pay the application fee online as per the applicable category.
7. After successful payment, download the fee receipt and completed application form from the dashboard.

Candidates qualifying the online entrance test on June 7, 2026 will be shortlisted for the online personal interview scheduled on June 14, 2026. Final admission offers will be issued based on combined performance in the entrance exam and interview, followed by document verification.
