Key Guidelines for the Stray Vacancy Round

Who is Eligible?

  • Candidates who were not allotted a seat in previous rounds.
  • Candidates who did not participate in previous rounds can also register.
  • Candidates who have been allotted a seat but did not join are ineligible.
