NIOS Revised Exam Schedule for Class 10, 12 Students Due to Mizoram Elections

New Delhi: National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) has postponed the Class 10-12 Exams scheduled to be held in October-November 2023 in Chattisgarh and Mizoram.

The postponed exam of November 7 will now be held on November 9. This decision has been taken by the board in lieu of the upcoming legislative assembly elections in the two states.

Exam in all the Other Centres to be Conducted on November 7

As per the statement issued by NIOS “The time and duration of examination and examination centres would remain the same as notified earlier. All concerned learners with centres in Chhattisgarh and Mizoram are requested to appear for the examination as per the revised date of examination.”

The NIOS exam will be conducted on November 7, 2023 itself for all the centres outside of Mizoram and Chattisgarh.

Download and take a printout of it for future reference.

NIOS will be declaring the result of the Class 10, 12 exams of all students together. It is expected to be released within seven weeks from the date of the last exam. Students will be able to check their NIOS Result from the official website.
