National Institute of Technology Andhra Pradesh has opened admission to PhD (full-time) program. Candidates have to apply online at their official website at nitandhra.ac.in, applicants also have to mail the application form, fee receipt, and all the testimonials to phdadmissions@nitandhra.ac.in. The final selection will be done based on written test performance (GATE/NET) and or interview.

NIT Andhra Pradesh PhD Admissions 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility Criteria for PhD (full-time)
Candidates applying for PhD (full-time) program must have a master's degree in engineering/technology/science with at least 60% marks, and the candidate must be GATE/NET qualified. However, GATE/NET qualification is not necessary for candidates with an M.Tech or M.Sc in the relevant specialization.
Candidates with a bachelor’s degree and at least 75% marks can apply for PhD (full-time) only if they are GATE/NET qualified.
