The counselling committee has issued the updated merit list and detailed dates for Round 3 mop-up admissions.

Odisha NEET PG Round 3 Re Revised Merit List Released

The Odisha PG Medical Counselling Committee has published the re-revised combined merit list for NEET PG 2025 Round 3 (state quota) and announced the mop-up counselling schedule for MD/MS, DNB and Post-MBBS NBEMS Diploma seats.

Candidates included in the updated list must complete resignation, reporting and admission formalities as per the notified dates at SCB Medical College, Cuttack. The revised list follows changes after cut-off reduction and seat adjustments across government and private colleges.

What is The Resignation And Reporting Timeline?

Candidates from earlier rounds who wish to participate again must resign first.

  • Resignation window: February 5–7, 2026 (10:00 AM–5:30 PM)
  • List of resigned candidates publication: February 8, 2026

This step is mandatory for those moving from Round 1 or 2 to Round 3.

Round 3 Physical Reporting Dates

Candidates must report physically at Old Auditorium, SCB Medical College, Cuttack with required documents and admission fees. Online or proxy reporting is not allowed.

Documents are Required for Counselling

Candidates must carry originals plus one self-attested copy of:

  • Photo ID
  • NEET PG 2025 admit card
  • Rank card
  • MBBS mark sheets & degree certificate
  • Internship completion certificate
  • Registration certificate
  • Residence/category certificates (if applicable)
  • Admission letter
  • Bank draft for fees

Incomplete documents may lead to cancellation of seat allotment. Candidates allotted seats must report to their respective colleges on or before February 17, 2026 with the provisional admission slip.

Seats are allotted strictly based on merit and availability, and already allotted seats cannot be claimed again.

Students included in the re-revised merit list should immediately check their rank and reporting slot, arrange documents and fees, and follow the schedule carefully to avoid missing admission.
