The revised schedule is published because the National Medical Commission has reduced the NEET PG 2025-26 qualifying percentile to fill the vacant postgraduate seats.

Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), Faridkot, has revised the NEET PG 2025 Round 3 Counselling schedule of AIQ/State counselling released by MCC. Interested candidates can register themselves by January 22, 2026, till 5 PM.
Candidates can do fresh online registration fee of INR 5,900, while candidates belonging to the SC/ BC category have to pay INR 2950 including GST, through the BFUHS payment portal.
For fresh registrations, candidates have to pay the security deposit for the 3rd round of online counselling:
- For Government colleges- INR 25,000 (INR 10,000 for SC/BC/PwD)
- For Private Colleges- INR 2 Lakhs

Candidates who have already registered candidates of 1st and 2nd round counseling (if any), who intend to edit any Category/Minority Quota/other particulars, will give a request/application personally in the Admission Branch, BFUHS till Jan 22, 2026 by 5 PM alongwith relevant proof for consideration in the 3rd round of online counseling as a last chance.

As per the official schedule, applicants who have joined the allotted seats of Round 1 and Round 2 in the state of Punjab are allowed to surrender the seat till January 30, 2026, by 4 PM with security forfeiture by submitting a surrender application to the principal of the concerned college, so that the seat matrix can be revised.

Candidates under the Punjab Civil Medical Services (PCMS) incentive category will have to submit a hard copy of the online admission application form along with attested copies of certificates, NOC, and eligibility certificate issued by the Competent Authority and proof of fee remittance by hand in the Admission branch.
