New Delhi: The Department of Higher Education, Punjab is all set to open the application process for admission to all professional courses shortly. You can apply for the undergraduate programs from May 15, and for the postgraduate programs from June 15, 2024, for the academic session 2024-25. 

The DHE, Punjab is conducting the Centralised Admission Process for all the Government, Aided and Private Colleges across Punjab. Interested candidates meeting the eligibility criteria can submit the admission form by visiting the official website, @admission.punjab.gov.in. Candidates seeking UG Admissions can apply till June 25, whereas the application deadline for PG admission is July 7, 2024

What is the Eligibility Criteria for Punjab UG & PG Admission 2024?

UG Courses 

Candidates must have completed 10+2 or an equivalent qualification from a recognized state board. 

PG Courses 

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant stream to be eligible for PG admission. 

How to Apply Online for Punjab Admission 2024?

Candidates can follow the steps mentioned below to apply online for Punjab UG & PG Admission 2024:

Step 1: Visit to the official DHE, Punjab website @admission.punjab.gov.in. 

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the Punjab UG/ PG admission link available. 

Step 3: Then, register yourself after filling in the required details, such as Mobile Number, Email ID, etc.

Step 4: Now, log in with your registration credentials and fill in all required details in the Application form.

Step 5: Finally, make the payment and submit the application form. Take a printout of the form for future reference.

Ques. How much is the application fees for UG admissions?

Ans: Candidates will have to pay a one-time non-refundable registration fee of INR 200 at the time of form submission. 

Ques. What are the documents to be submitted during UG admission? 

Ans: The documents to be submitted during the UG Admission is Scanned copy of Passport size photograph, signature, Matric (10th) Marksheet, 10+2 Marksheet (in case of manual form filling), NCC/ NSS/Sports Certificate for weightage, wherever applicable, Bonafide Resident of Punjab Certificate, if applicable, Income Certificate required for claiming benefits of SC / BC category, Reserved Category Certificate, Gap Year Affidavit, and Rural Area/Border Area certificate.
