Govt. Siddhartha Medical College Vijayawada has released the notice for PG courses A.Y. 2024-25 regarding admission documents and the new fee structure. The annual tuition fee for the PG degree course 2024-25 is INR 10,000/-

- Admit card issued by NBE
- Result/Rank letter issued by NBE
- Allotment Order
- SSC Certificate, 10th CLASS
- Intermediate Certificate (10+2)
- MBBS Original Degree Certificate
- Marks Lists from Ist MBBS to Final MBBS/Official Transcript
- Medical Registration Certificate
- Compulsory Rotatory Internship Certificate
- Study Certificate of MBBS
- Conduct Certificate of MBBS
- Transfer Certificate of MBBS
- SC/ST/BC/OBC-NCL Certificate (in English or Hindi language)
- Orthopaedic Physical Disability (Physically Handicapped)
- Hall Ticket of NEET 2024
- Bond of Rs.3,54,000/-
- Aadhar Card Xerox copy
- Pan Card Xerox copy
- Bank passbook first page Xerox copy
