The eligibility criteria for St. Xavier’s University MBA program is mentioned in the table below:

MBA Program Eligibility

• A minimum of three years of successful completion of an undergraduate degree in any discipline from an accredited university (approved by the UGC) with a minimum of fifty percent (or equivalent grade point) in the final exam. (45% for Christian and SC/ST/OBC candidates).
• The candidate must pass all papers, and the percentage of marks needed for eligibility will be determined based on the first to fourth semester or the first and second year (if applicable) if the final degree result is not released at the time of application. Admission will be provisional if the final degree mark sheet is not presented at the time of admission; the student must provide it by October 31st, 2025, at the latest, otherwise, it may be canceled.
• Participation in any of the National Level MBA Entrance Exams listed below, including the XAT, CAT, MAT, CMAT, and NMAT, with a respectable percentage or percentile result that is valid for the current school year. Based on this score, the Institute will create the GD-PI-WAT primary selection list.

MBA Executive Program Eligibility

• The applicant must have completed an undergraduate degree in any field for at least three years from an accredited university (approved by the UGC) with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 45%.
• The applicant must have worked full-time for at least two years and six months (2.5 years) in one or more registered enterprises as of June 30, 2025. Additionally, candidates must be working for a registered business at the moment.
