Telangana NEET PG 2025 CQ Seat Allotment

Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, Telangana, has released the NEET PG Competent Authority Quota (CQ) allotment results for the 2025-26 academic year.

The first phase of counseling has been completed, and candidates can now check their seat allotment status for various MD and MS courses across top medical colleges in the state.

The results highlight strong competition in popular specialties, including General Medicine, Pediatrics, Radiodiagnosis, and General Surgery. At Nizam Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS), Hyderabad, the highest rank for MD General Medicine is 130 (score 660), while MD Radiodiagnosis saw a top rank of 103 (score 664). Candidates from the Open, BC, SC, and ST categories have secured seats, reflecting broad representation.

Gandhi Medical College, Secunderabad, recorded a cutoff of rank 667 (score 635) for MD General Medicine and rank 580 (score 637) for MD Radiodiagnosis. Many candidates from BC and SC categories also found places in Pediatrics and General Surgery. At Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad, the top rank for MD General Medicine is 369 (score 646), and for MD Radiodiagnosis, it is 337 (score 647).

Pediatrics and Orthopedics attracted high scorers from OC, BC, SC, and ST backgrounds. Kakatiya Medical College, Warangal, saw a cutoff of rank 1032 (score 626) for MD General Medicine and rank 4777 (score 585) for Pediatrics. Anesthesia and General Surgery courses also saw candidates from all categories. Government Medical College, Nizamabad, recorded a cutoff of rank 1755 (score 615) for MD General Medicine and rank 8040 (score 566) for Pediatrics. Candidates from SC and ST categories also secured seats.
