Registration for TS EDCET 2026 started on February 23, 2026. Candidates can apply online using the direct link below and must pay an application fee of INR 750 while submitting the form.

Telangana Education Common Entrance Test (TS EDCET 2026) complete exam schedule has been released on the official website edcet.tgche.ac.in. Registration for the exam began on February 23, 2026, with application fees of INR 750 for OC, BC candidates and INR 550 for SC, ST, PH candidates, while the last date to apply without a late fee is April 15, 2026. Candidates can still submit applications with late fees ranging from INR 250 to INR 5,000 until the final extended deadline of May 9, 2026.

The TS EDCET 2026 exam will be conducted by Kakatiya University, Warangal, on behalf of the Telangana Council of Higher Education for admission into B.Ed (Two years) Regular Course in the Colleges of Education in Telangana State for the academic year 2026-2027.

Candidates will be able to download their admit card on May 9, 2026, through the official website. The online exam will be held on May 12, 2026, with Session 1 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon and Session 2 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

TS EDCET 2026 Syllabus

TS EDCET exam duration is 2 hours, i.e., 120 minutes. The type of questions will be multiple choice questions (MCQs) with 4 alternatives/distracters. Each MCQ carries one mark. The Entrance Test will be conducted in 5 subject areas.
