TSVU PhD and MVSc Admission

Telangana Veterinary University is accepting applications for its PhD and Masters in Veterinary Science programs for the academic year 2025. Candidates interested and eligible must submit their applications by April 7, 2025, along with an application fee of INR 1800 and INR 900 for General and Reserved Category candidates, respectively.

When applying for admission to Telangana Veterinary University's PhD and M.V.Sc programs, candidates must pay the following application fee:

TSVU PhD and M.V.Sc Program Documents Required

Candidates must present the following documents at the time of admission to the Telangana Veterinary University PhD and M.V.Sc programs:

M.V.Sc Program Documents

  • ICAR-AIEEA(PG) 2024 admission card and rank card
  • Provisional/original degree certificates for the qualifying examination.
  • Certificate displaying the formula for converting OGPA/CGPA into marks for applicants who passed their exams at universities other than PVNRTVU, S.V. Veterinary University, and A.N.G.R Agricultural University.
  • 10+2 (Intermediate) marks memo
  • Documents required for migration include a transfer/migration certificate from the previous institute, study certificates from Heads of Institutions from 6th to Intermediate II year, Nativity Certificate, and employer certificate. Those who take a gap in their studies for reasons other than failure, or who pass the examination through private study, should produce certificates to that effect.
  • The relevant authority issued the Nativity Certificate.
  • Social and Economic Status Certificates issued by Telangana's competent government for candidates belonging to BC/SC/ST/EWS. Admissions under this quota will be provisional until the validity of the candidate's social status claim is validated by the various government departments.
  • Date of birth certificate, or S.S.C. / 10th class / comparable exam certificate with date of birth recorded.
  • Candidates already employed must present a No Objection Certificate from their employer.

PhD Program Documents

  • ICAR-AICE-JRF/SRF (Ph.D.) admit card and rank list for 2024.
  • Memorandum of Marks/Transcript acquired by candidates in the B.V.Sc. & A.H. and M.V.Sc. level examinations.
  • Provisional/Original Degree Certificates for the above examinations.
  • Certificate indicating the formula for converting OGPA/CGPA into marks for candidates who passed their exams at universities other than A.P. Agricultural University / ANGRAU / SVVU / PVNR TVU. 4. A Migration Certificate is required for candidates who passed their qualifying examination from a university other than P.V. Narsimha Rao Telangana Veterinary University.
  • Transfer certificate from the candidate's previous college or institution.
  • SSC/equivalent Certificate
  • Candidates from Backward Classes, Scheduled Castes, and Scheduled Tribes must submit a Social Status Certificate issued by Telangana's relevant authorities. Candidates seeking the EWS quota must include a certificate issued by the appropriate authority. Admission under these categories will be provisional until the validity of the candidates' Social Status claims is validated by the various government ministries.
  • Differently abled individuals must provide a PH certificate obtained by the appropriate authority.
  • Nativity Certificate issued by the authorized authority.

If any of the required certifications are not submitted, the candidate will not be considered for counselling. All original certifications listed above should be produced during counselling and submitted to the college at the time of admission.
