UP Board Class 10, 12 Exams to be Held in February 2024

The Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Board has announced the class 10 & 12 board examination 2024 date. The examination will be held in February 2024.

New Delhi: The Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Board has announced that the board exams for class 10 and 12 students will be held in the month of February 2024, for the academic session 2023-24. The UP board has publicly unveiled the academic calendar for the 2023–24 academic year.

The One District One Product (ODOP) initiative of the state government requires that the students enrolled in the schools approved by the UP Board must be encouraged to use and be aware of the product of their local district as part of the calendar announcement. Students will learn to be independent and employed by utilising and understanding the ODOP product.

Similarly, the schools have been directed to take students to various "Shilp Mela" (craft fairs) held in their local districts as well as other districts, so that the students can become familiar with the goods produced in other districts.

Further, the board has mandated that all students from class 9 to 12 must get enrolled in the "Pankh" career advising portal. The students will be able to decide the career that interests them in the future by doing this. The use of email ID in the everyday use of the educational process is mandated for the schools.

All of the schools in the UP board will observe Ramanujam's birthday on December 22, which will be celebrated with puzzles and other mental maths-based activities. Similar to this, weak students are to be identified by instructors and school administrators following the first quarterly test in May. These students will later be supported throughout the year in order to perform well on board exams.

The Board Secretary, Dibyakant Shukla, announced that a platform named "Jigyasa on call" (question on call) will be developed so students can get solutions to their questions for better preparation for the board test.

According to the UP academic calendar, class 10 and 12 theory exams must be finished by the third week of January, and the pre-board practical exam for class 12 will be held on January 24. The Class 9 and 11 will take their annual exams in the third week of January 2024, and its results will be released in the second week of February 2024. The UP Board practical exam will take place from January 21 to February 5, 2024.
