The re-revised schedule is published because the National Medical Commission has reduced the NEET PG 2025-26 qualifying percentile to fill the vacant postgraduate seats.
The Office of the Director General Medical Education & Training, Uttar Pradesh, has re-revised the NEET PG 2025 Round 3 Counselling schedule for admission to state quota seats in Postgraduate courses such as MD, MS, Diploma, and DNB in government, private medical colleges, institutions, and medical universities. Interested candidates can register themselves by February 5, 2026, till 11 AM.

As per the official schedule, applicants who have already registered for this counselling earlier are not required to register again. Only those candidates will be eligible for choice filling who have completed the online registration process and who have deposited the required security amount.
