WBBSE Result Madhyamik 2025 Declared; Pass Percentage is 86.56%: Check WB Board Result and Toppers

The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) has officially declared the WBBSE Madhyamik Result 2025 for Class 10 students on May 2, 2025. The WBBSE 2025 results were announced during a press conference held at 9 AM. Students who took their WBBSE class 10th board exams can download their results from the official website, wbbse.wb.gov.in.

This year, the overall pass percentage is 86.56% compared to last year’s 86.31%. Adrita Sarkar from Raiganj emerged as the topper of WB Madhyamik 2025 with 696 marks (99.43%). A total of 66 students have secured the top 10 positions in the state.

• 11 students are from Bankura alone
• 7 students are from Birbhum, Malda, Purba Medinipur
• 6 students are from Hooghly, Purba Burdwan
• 5 are from 24 PGS(S)
• 4 from Uttar Dinajpur
• 3 from Paschim Medinipur
• 2 from 24 PGS(N), Alipurduar, Cooch Behar, Dakshin Dinajpur
• 1 student each from Kolkata and Nadia.

Students can check their WBBSE results online by visiting the official websites — wbbse.wb.gov.in and wbresults.nic.in. To access their marks, candidates need to enter their roll number, date of birth, and other required details. Additionally, results can be checked via SMS and mobile apps.

West Bengal Madhyamik Result 2025 Statistics

This year, the overall pass percentage has been recorded at 86.56%. A total of 9,13,883 candidates appeared in the WBBSE class 10th exams. The top four performing districts in the WBBSE Class 10 exams are provided here:

• East Midnapore - 96.46%
• Kalimpong 96.09%
• Kolkata - 92.30%
• West Midnapore - 90.52%

During the official announcement, WBBSE also released key details, including the overall pass percentage, the list of toppers, and information about supplementary exams and re-evaluation procedures. As per the notification, schools can collect marksheets and certificates from their respective board camp offices starting from 10 AM today.

Students and guardians are advised to download and print their online scorecards for reference until they receive the official mark sheets.
