The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has released the WB ANM GNM 2025 Mop-Up Round Seat Allotment Result on its website, wbjeeb.in.

Students who took part in the counselling process for Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM) and General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) can now check their allotment status online. The result is available on the official website: wbjeeb.in.

The Mop-Up Seat Allotment Result was published on 11 December 2025.

After checking their allotment, each student must report to the allotted institute for document verification and admission formalities.

WBJEE ANM/GNM 2025 Mop-Up Round Reporting Documents Required

Candidates must report with all documents in original and bring at least one self-attested photocopy of each.

  1. Provisional Seat Allotment Letter: Downloaded and printed from the candidate's login after paying the Seat Acceptance Fee (₹1,000, if it's the first allotment).
  2. WB ANM/GNM Rank Card.
  3. Class 10th Admit Card / Birth Certificate (for verification of Date of Birth).
  4. Class 12th Mark Sheet.
  5. Domicile Certificate.
  6. Unique Allotment ID: Note this from the candidate's login, as the admission officer will require it for final confirmation.
  7. Mobile Phone: Must carry the mobile phone with the registered number for the final stage of admission confirmation.
  8. Undertaking: As per Proforma: Annexure-I of the Mop-Up Notification.
  9. Medical Fitness Certificate: In the format given in Appendix-3 of the Information Bulletin.

This reporting process began on 11 December 2025 and will continue until 16 December 2025. Students are advised to reach their allotted colleges as early as possible to avoid last-minute issues.

The board has also advised students to visit the websites of their allotted institutes or contact them directly for details regarding reporting timing, required documents, and admission procedures. Those who fail to report within the given dates may lose their allotted seat.

The mop-up round is the concluding stage, meant to fill any remaining vacancies.

Students are requested to complete all procedures before the deadline of 16 December 2025 to secure their seats without any issues.
