West Bengal NEET PG Stray Round Counseling 2023 Choice Filling Begins; Check Details Here

New Delhi: The West Bengal Medical Counselling Committee (WBMCC) is scheduled to initiate the choice filling process for the West Bengal NEET PG stray round counseling 2023 today at 4 PM. The WBMCC will also release the seat matrix and the list of eligible candidates for the stray vacancy round on their official website, wbmcc.nic.in.

In response to a request from the National Medical Commission (NMC), the Supreme Court granted an extension for the NEET PG admission deadline until October 10 as a one-time measure. 

Subsequently, the Union health ministry's decision to set the NEET PG cut-off 2023 to zero for all categories led to a revision of the schedule for round 3 counseling by the MCC and several state counseling committees.

The WB NEET PG stray vacancy seat allotment result 2023 will not be declared on October 16, 2023. It should be noted that the announcement of the WB NEET PG stray vacancy seat allotment results for 2023 will not take place on October 16, 2023. 

All the selected candidates are required to present themselves at their allocated colleges between October 17 and 19, during the hours of 11 AM to 4 PM.

WB NEET PG Counselling 2023: How to Select Preferred College and Course? 

For WB NEET PG Counselling 2023 and the process of choice filling, candidates can follow the provided steps to select their preferred colleges and courses. 

Step 1: Go to the official website of WBMCC, which is wbmcc.nic.in.

Step 2: Candidates who have registered and are eligible, will need to log in using the credentials you've generated. This includes entering their registration number and password.

Step 3: Once logged in, candidates must proceed to select their preferred colleges and courses in the order of their preference.

Step 4: Now, candidates must review their choices, and when they're satisfied, they should submit the form.

It's important to note that the MCC will close the NEET PG stray vacancy choice locking facility today. Candidates participating in the All India Quota (AIQ) counseling must also make their selections within the specified deadline, as choices made in previous rounds will not be considered in the stray vacancy round.
