University with a Purpose

There is no proper way to communicate to the management. Everytime we roam to many people to convince our basic needs. There is no proper bridge between us and the office management. We can't expose most of our cases to the college management and we are comprised because of the irrelevant response.

Courses are specialised with the treding technologies. We have 15 Specialisations only in computer science engineering branch and many more Specialisations in other branches. The exam level is really simple and bit lengthy with no negative marking, but if a student who prepares for Mains he can easily crack our entrance test.

Placements were good enough to a beginner level. Internships are provided from 3rd year. Many seniors went on internships and the students were also taken to industrial tours to companies to explain the practicality of companies.

Ignite fest, Cultural fest, uurja fest, and every student chapters have their annual fests. Red FM came to organise an event, Design Fests, many worshops and guest lectures. Entrepreneurship cell events for the entrepreneurs out there, and many more technical fests for remaining other branches.

Bit expensive. Here the hostel expenses and travel expenses are also bit high and that made only a good income people to step inside this college. I feel if we are having more scholarships it would make the college more popular with more merits.

I haven't applied to loan, but for first year they gave me scholarship based on 10th and 12th marks and futher we need to maintain a good CGPA to avail the scholarship every semester, but if once we get back or fail in any subject we are not eligible futher in any semester if you make top. You need to have a continuous excellence record over all your semesters.

They are many clubs , acting clubs dance clubs and photography clubs. Every one can showcase their talents not only at the college but also at outside events. We are having sports club also. RISE is a platform in which people can show case their technical talent and issue their project ideas in which the college will provide a funding upto ?20,000 for UG program students.

1,46,000 per year. Hostel is with common bathrooms and three in a room. Facilities are good enough to a student. He can access all the college facilities till 8.00pm and he can go morning to Multi activity center for workout. He will be getting food four times a day and food is normal and not to an expected level. The out side hostels also are with the same facilities but with a attached bathrooms. Everything stays same. He can access the internet of college but resticted to thrid party websites.

Yes they are good seniors who help us in maintaining a healthy network. The teachers guide us to work with our seniors. We stay with our seniors at many events and ask their experiences with their seniors also. We inspire from their ideas also.

We need to give an entrance examination. After the exams we get a call letter for counseling at different places for the same dates in india, and in counseling due to my 10 and 12 marks I'm eligible for a scholarship seat. We need to pay half of the amount at the counseling. If you want to cancel your seat you can do it before the registration date. They will keep some money and return your amount back. After counseling we need to come to the college in the given registration date and complete the remaining payment for fixing our seat.

Faculty assigned are good enough to deliver the course content in a smooth way. They are so supportive not only in the academics but also in other projects or non-academic activities. Many PhD faculty with good experience are working at our college to guide us in projects and course contents.
