College review

Positive - This the most discipline college one could ever have, if you want to be an all stars score hero this is the college for you. Negative - Because of this discipline our college doesn't allow us to have beard . Which i found too stupid rule to have.

This course, electronics and communication engineering is very common course throughout the world and it almost same in every college in the world. It's a very conceptual courses i.e. all the subjects that are in there are more of conceptual subjects.

Placement and job opportunities is like decent. To elaborate , our college have 90% of placement in every year which means out of 10 students 9 students will definitely get job. But only bad thing is no product based company comes here with job offers, only IT companies life INFOSYS, TCS , CTS are the recruiters of our college.

Our college celebrate Annual tech-fest known as SREY. I hosted this event last year with some of my friends and as i hosted this event i can tell that our college doesn't give any importance to events like this. They cut our budget every year.

Fee Structure is semester based fee structure. Every 6 months you have to pay our fees in advance to study there. For a moderate financial family it feels sometimes difficult to pay the sum of 40k in every 6 months.

Their are 2-3 kinds of scholarship facilities offered by our university . One of them is , if you are not financially stable then with proper documentation from government you can opt for that scholarship.

All the lab facilities are good here. Also all the lab assistant , and tech leads are very informative and will help you throughout the course. Sports is also taken seriously. College have cricket, football, badminton, table tenis teams and they compete with others college also.

There are some alumni network in facebook, linkedin, and others social sites. But they are not that much of help. If you can contact seniors individually then that will be helpfull. I got help from my seniors and as a alumni i also helped my juniors who reached out to me.

After entrance exam i applied there. They had my name shortlisted and asked me to come to their college and fill up some documents on a particular day. generally 2-3 days of time span was given to complete my addmission procedure.

Faculty in our college is nothing compared to good. Though all of them had minimum of master degree in of the fields of electronics but still they lack on the capability of teaching inspite of their knowledge.
