College is ossum

Iit guwahati is the beautiful campus in india and it is very clean and green campus. Ecofriendly campus were every student uses cycle here. Roads are very clean and good.some food courts are also there to eat.finaly campus is ossum.

Jee mains 1, Jee mains 2, Jee advanced, Now a days they are conducting two jee mains and one have to qualify in one of these exams to write jee advanced. Jee mains will be conducted on fours days with two sessions morning and afternoon and for every session they will give cummulative percentile and selection will be based on thier merit. In jee advanced one have to get a rank below 1500 to get seat in iit guwahati ece branch.

In our college the placements percentage is more than 90%. Yes our college do provides internship and about stipend in first year it will be 7500 rs to 15000 rs.In 2 nd year and later it will be based on merit.

There will be total 6 events Two cutural fest, two sports fest and two tech fests 1)kriti 2)techniche 3)manthan 4)diwali 5)spirit 6)inter iit So there are total 6 festivals and they will celebrate them.we do participate and enjoy them.

The fee structure is feasible. It is based on the parents annual income. For the people with income below one lakh there will be no tution fee for them. For below 5 lakhs and above one lakh they need to pay 1/3 rd of tuition fee and for 5 lakhs to 8 lakhs they need to pay 2/3 rd of tuition fee. Total fee is 1 lakh for semester. And for ST and SC category there will be no tuition fee.

Complete loan will be provided with 8% per annum interest. In loan they will give money for expenses also.no property is required to give for loan. And the loan will be covered from the salary of the student. There will be two scholarships 1)mcm 2)nsp Nsp will be for st and sc students and mcm will be there for each and every students.

Extracurricular activities have a lot of importance here. Labs are very good and they do provide the money for our research and for one sem there wi?l be three labs and all the equipments will be good. About sports no need to say. They will provide all the requirements for us and there are big grounds to play.eg hockey,basketball, cricket,badminton,football,volleyball etc.

Infrastructure is good. 4 stars Lan will be there in every room. One person for one room. Study table chair bed fan and cupboard will be there in every room. 24/7 electricity and water will be there. 24/7 hot water will also be there Gym and library will also be there in every hostel.

Yes there is a good alumini network and seniors students are also very good and they are very much helpful.coming to academics they do provide classnotes some reference books.there are clubs where we can join example i am from ece and i have joined electronics club so i can have access to all materials such as integrated chips so we can learn there.

For entering into iits we have to qualify the entrance examination conducted by them. Now there are conducting two joint entrance examination mains. Qualifying in any one exams is compulsary and jee advanced will be conducted for the people who qualified in it.in that one have to secure rank of below 1500 in open category to get a seat in this campus and in branch ece.

In 1 st year for one division there will a total students of 250 members and classes will be held in lecture halls so they cannot concentrate on us. Tutorials will be there in morning 8 am to 9 am in that phd scholars will teach the problems given by the faculty and for that only 40 students will be there at max so we can ask doubts there. They are also good but not best but professor will teach in a very good manner.
