Should I take IIT Gandhinagar CSE or IIT Guwahati ECE?

The choice of the institute between IIT Gandhinagar CSE and IIT Guwahati ECE depends if you want to follow the branch of your interest or want just go for the brand name of the institute. If you value a branch more than a brand then go for the institute that offers the branch of your choice. If you are inclined towards CSE, then go for IIT Gandhinagar without much hesitation. Despite being a new IIT, it offers the IT tag and education at par with most IITs. Don’t let the fact that it’s a new IIT demotivate you. The students maketh the college and not vice versa. But if you are bothered by the brand value and are hesitant about joining a new IIT, then go for IIT Guwahati.

IIT BHU ECE Core placements are rare and students mostly build their profile for software development companies by becoming proficient in various programming languages, doing competitive coding, doing projects, and trying to build a computer science-inclined profile. A handful of students target core engineering roles. The brand value is similar to other colleges mentioned The campus is rather old and might disappoint freshers expecting a good college life. IIT Guwahati ECE Unfortunately, I have no knowledge about this Institute. However, I recommend you contact the seniors of IIT Guwahati for the same. IIT Hyderabad Maths and Computing Usually, MNCs attract top-tier software and financial services firms. If you are a hardworking student, it wouldn’t be difficult to secure amazing offers at top firms. IIIT Hyderabad CSE IIIT H has possibly one of the best computer science departments in the country. You have to do core computer science courses right from the first year. Many students get selected for Google Summer of Code and IIIT Hyderabad has its alumni in top-notch firms. Being highly academically oriented, IIIT Hyderabad has minimal campus life and extracurricular activities. Ultimately, it’s a matter of preferences and what you are looking for in your degree.

My wonderful experience at IIT Guwahati.

Fees and Financial Aid:

Fee Structure :- Everything is compulsory to be paid including hostel fee, tuition fee, mess fee etc... The completed cost of education comes out to be around 3 lacs per year. But don't worry a lot of scholarships are also provided on the basis of income status and caste etc.

No hikes All government scholarships can be availed the cost of your fee varies with the reservation you used to join the college I haven't taken any employment yet but you will get an internship opportunity.

My review is not that good

There is no tuition fee hike beacause it is affiliated with the central government. The fees is 1200000 per annum which is included in the tuition service fee and hostel fee. Scholarships are not provided or financial aid for reservation candidates.

Tution fee depends on the reservation background the student comes from. All kind of scholarships approved by the government are accepted and provided by the institute. The placements are one of the best you can find in India

Life in IIT Guwahati

The tution fees for each semester is 1 lakh rupees and there are other charges along which we have our mess fees which sums up the entier fees for a semester to be approximately 1.4 lakh rupees, there are some charges which are fixed each semester where as the mess charges vary each semester also it varies accordingly to the hall's students have been provided, because of the mess budgets decided by the student body council of each hall. There are many government scholarships available. If your annual income falls below 2.5 Lakh then you are eligible for no tution fees, if your income is below 5 Lakh per annum then your tution fees for each semester will be Rs 33,333.

The tuition fee in my college has been the same for a long time. Tuition fees per semester is 100000 rs and hostel , mess etc fee concludes another 50000 rs. College provides you internships like NSP which gives you around 100000rs. You can participate in internships the stipend vary.

For General and OBC category students it is approximately 1,50,000 per semester including everything.But if they have less family income ,their tuition fees is not required only the hostel and mess fees will be required.
