A negative remark is that we have a uniform which is something I really hate. I just hope they change this rule and just have a dress code. And also do something about the transport from college to the city. Since there are a lot of accidents we keep hearing about.

Well, the course Curriculum is one thing I really like about this college since there are so many specializations under branches. For example, Computer Science Engineering has Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, Cloud computing, Big data, and even graphics and gaming. The exam structure is pretty flexible. We have one mid sem and end sem examination per semester. There are online class tests held every month which you can give from your home.

Well, the placements depend on the branch you seek. Some branches are having a hard time getting placement. But for the computer science branch, almost 90% of students get placed and even the companies are pretty good. No, but they suggest we do internships from outside the campus. Which is something they should improve.

We have our annual fest called UURJA where famous artists are called to perform and have done much live competitions. Besides that, we keep having cultural fests every month. We also have a Wow Wednesday every Wednesday which has a different theme every week and really fun.

It's quite expensive for Indians. But since it's a private University compared to other colleges like VIT, Manipal would say it's okay But you can get a scholarship if you score well on your boards. You can get up to 20% off.

I haven't heard about the loan facility in my college but I think it's there. You can check more on the college website about it. Scholarships are pretty good in our college and you can save up a lot.

There are so many branch-related clubs which you can join which host technical fest. Labs are well equipped with the latest technology. We have an amazing ground for football, basketball, volleyball, and cricket. And separate courts for badminton and table tennis. I just hope they make a swimming pool too.

Hostel rate is quite expensive compared to the facilities they provide. We just have a small room which is triple sharing. Even the mess food is quite horrible. I lost a lot of weight after coming here. The view from the hostel is beautiful. You can see hills and clouds every day. We even have a garden sort of thing in the hostel where you can walk any time of the day. Another problem I don't like is the in-time. We have to be back in a hostel before 8:30 which is quite ridiculous since we are adults and can manage on our own.

Senior students are quite friendly. You can go to them at any time of the day and they will help you out with all your problems be it studies-related or you are just worried about something. They give us good advice and how to get a good placement. I haven't heard even a single case of ragging til now.

Well since I am a Non-resident Indian I got admission through my board percentage and SAT score. But for Indians, they have to give an entrance exam held by our University in different parts of the country. They can also apply with Their board percentage itself and get admission without giving the entrance exam.

The faculty is amazing in college. They support us and we can even do projects with them. But most of them speak in Hindi which can be hard sometimes if you are not familiar with the language. But in terms of teaching, they teach us in different ways. They emphasize more on doing work practically than theory which is something I really like. Labs are also well equipped with all the things we need.
