Placement is good but the mentality regarding girls boys staying together, studying together is a problem for them n hostel trimmings.
Course Curriculum Overview
College timings are 8:30-4:30 which includes two 20mins break with 49 mins lunch. There is no practical knowledge from the college thus we do have labs but not that useful as equipments are not good. The course is divided into 8 sem including 2sessionals and 1end sem in one semester. Sessiomals are conducted within 3days 2subject perday.
Placement Experience
Various companies come to college. Hero, Goldman Sachs, Amazon, Flipkart, Airtel, qtech, ram, tech Mahendra, Tata, oracal, fertility, Infosys, Wipro, isro (for internship), Microsoft, etc, we need to get added into the Google group of the college with is run by a bench of PCC ie placement in charge that includes 4 students from every branch.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is different for every category like general like 60000, obcs it's 45000, st and SC it's 8000. Security fees are taken from us at the beginning of the administration and thus we get it back once we get our degree.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes, students do get the scholarship and if they have Dr 1 they get the scholarship every month in their account. The data students or foreign students get extra money here to study and have their lifestyle leaves well they get more money then the scholarship students who score well that the worst part of it. They do have a scholarship for the sc/st took. Obc to get it by income certificate.
Campus Life
In my batch, we are 1100 students in total in which 130 are girls and 900+ boys. Due to the removal of board marks girls appeared less in 2017 but it rises up in 2018 by 180 girls n 11 were in mechanical stream.
Hostel Facilities
As we got the new hostel we all are single-seater that cost as for 8000 for a sem. We have remote fans, switchboards are 4-5, lights switches are two, we have a washing machine, TV, refrigerator on every floor. Our hostel has 5 floors. First-year leaves in a different building. In my hostel, washrooms are cleaned, a header is there, watercooler on every floor.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes, the alumni help a lot. For the placement they stay in touch and college also have silvern golden jubilee for the alumni. They come talk to the student and get to know more.
Admission
As ECE being a core branch helps you to swing both core and IT sector in future. to get this college I gave jee mains I scored under the cut off list and got my rank and applied for courses I got the call from nit Kurukshetra.
Faculty
Most of the professor his a PhD from the same college or had done MTech from nit kkr, they are knowledgeable and nice. Greet you well and welcome all queries. We have 8lectures in a day and according to the credit of the subject, we have lectured.
