Course Curriculum Overview
The course was based on recent need and demand of the industry and how a student can get sufficient knowledge about the subject. Exam structure was like we have to face midterm exams that were compulsory to pass and the marks were added in the final exams. The course was relevant to research.
Placement Experience
The placement was very good as college placement cell was very active and they tried to get maximum students placed in good companies with the highest package. They also provide internships in good companies
College Events
There were many events organised in COER 1. Cultural activites 2. Literary activites 3. Sports 4. Quizzes 5.English writing 6. Maths Practice competition 7. Technical activites 8. Debate competitions all these activites were organised so well that all students wait for these events
Fee Structure And Facilities
my fee was 68000 at that time without a hostel. College accepts cash, draft or cheque for fee submission. There were no additional charges but if any student wants to do an additional course than they have to pay the fee for that course. There was transparency in the fee structure
Fees and Financial Aid
No scholarship or loan was availed by me during the completion of my course But yes college provides scholarship to the students
Campus Life
It was the best time of my life. Those 4 years of the college were like good memories which I can not forget. Extracurricular activities like sports and competitions like coding and writing were the best part of the college Workshops and special lectures were organised for us so that we get deep knowledge on the subject.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni association was very active and we got updates on meets and activities in college Senior students were connected with the college through the alumni association
Admission
I opted this course because this was of my interest and COER is the best technical college in Uttarakhand and one of the top 10 engineering colleges in India with qualified faculties and best academics. Also, COER has the best infrastructure with highly advanced labs.
Faculty
There were around 20 lecturers with an average age between 25-50 their lectures were based on syllabi as well as industry-related and latest technology-related which was very helpful for us at that time. Teachers guided us to join certification courses that would help us to grow and learn recent technology.
