Course Curriculum Overview

Very good curriculum covering all the modern content and units cover all the topics related to every subject that is included in the syllabus is very technical in every aspect related to content covering there were industrial visits organized.

Class Size: 124Course Fees: INR 150000 per year

Placements were good a lot of companies visited the college like Infosys, Tech Mahindra, cognizance etc salary package provided was good

Events celebrated were zion technical fest oorja cultural committee all the students were used to participate in the all these activities very interestingly a lot of celebrity like honey Singh among the list that was visited the college of engineering Roorkee

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees structure of college of engineering Roorkee was low and college of engineering Roorkee was among the very first college to provide less fee from poor people and if any person finds difficult to pay fees on time a very help was provided also to the student.

Life was in the campus was very good at college of engineering Roorkee we have felt very homely it was like a second home for us during our stay at college of engineering Roorkee our memories of studying at college of engineering Roorkee will last forever

As I was interested in computer science branch id taken admission in this college good infrastructure good faculty good library attracted me most to enrol in this college I got taken admission after clearing UK counselling as I was aware that it was the best college in Uttarakhand

Very good faculty very much knowledge about the subject they are taking and they used to assess every student personally by its performance in the individual marks in subjects I was very much fortunate to have faculty like this in my career building

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of its affordability and the teaching quality of this college is good . They helps in choosing the real life application based projects . Teaching methods are impressive but they don't provide notes . We have make notes by attending class regularly. Frequency and timings of exams are of 3 hrs. For each subject . Difficulty level is moderate and students can prepare it well in the gap days also .

IIT Roorkee is the best one can get on overall basis.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement starts in Semester 7 and 8 for can say, in the last of graduation. HUL,TCS, Microsoft,JP Morgan and many huge companies visit campus for placements. Highest pakage in placement goes around 1.5 crore annually to lowest pakage around 8 LPA. Companies mainly comes for SDE role. But apart that few comes for PM, Data Science, Consulting profiles as well.

Responsive faculty and well managed curriculum to focus on specific areas of each students to make them better in the region of technolgy where they want to grow. mid level toughness with regular tests and end sem combining the internal and external practical exams.

I always loved coding and learning about new technologies. Also, jobs in CS/IT department are paid high. The faculty and student ratio is on the medium side. Faculties are highly qualified from IIT and top private colleges. They are very helpful and have a great pedagogy.

Best college of uttrakhand

Remarks:

A very good college. There is no spoon feeding scene like that of private institute. As good ranking students are there you can have a good academic competition which will nurture your ability and groom to you be a better engineer.

Yes, I have applied for other colleges as well, like JAYPEE Noida, but the main thing is that they are not offering the Computer Science branch there, and it was also quite far from my home.
