course curriculum is very nice, its basically job oriented.I never feel like I would feel any difficulty in campus recruitment as our curriculum is so good that our fundamentals and programming skill are fine. Exam structure is also fine. we didn't feel any difficulty

Zion:Zion is the annual cultural fest of COER. It is the most happeningand eagerly waiting fest of COER. with fabulous and heart throabing performances and events.It is a 4-6 days mega event and comprises more than 30 colleges all over the Uttarakhand Manthan: It is the annual inter college Techno-Management fest of COER

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee Structure of COER is really very feasible as well as affordable by any middle-class family. BTech program costs approximately 1.25 lac annually without Hostel. With the hostel, it would cost around 2.10 lac approximately. Fee can be paid offline or online, draft, cheques are also acceptable yes, college provides transparency in the fee- breakdown

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, College offers scholarship as well as education loan to their student's scholarship to meritorious student. 25% of the fee is waived off for them. college award top three toppers of the branch

Campus Life

since there are lots of extracurricular activities and sports to do, students love to enjoy and participate equally very enthusiastically. students won many medals and prizes in both technical(hackathon) and non-technical activities as well as Sports all over the Uttarakhand. Many students also won prizes in Technical competitions conducted by various IITs like IIT Roorkee, IIT Kanpur etc

There is a very good alumni network. as they often come to college and inspire us to be like them. Some of our alumni I could mention are Ms Gururani(IPS officer), Ms Garima (PhD in Astronomy and award winner for his contribution in research in astronomy)

College of engineering Roorkee have one of the best faculties , fully equipped Labs, Hygenic Capmpus and mess and best thing is that it gives 100% placement. I am fully satisfied and proud to be the part of this institution. Lots of committees are there that groom our personality. Green campus is really very Lavish

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of its affordability and the teaching quality of this college is good . They helps in choosing the real life application based projects . Teaching methods are impressive but they don't provide notes . We have make notes by attending class regularly. Frequency and timings of exams are of 3 hrs. For each subject . Difficulty level is moderate and students can prepare it well in the gap days also .

IIT Roorkee is the best one can get on overall basis.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement starts in Semester 7 and 8 for can say, in the last of graduation. HUL,TCS, Microsoft,JP Morgan and many huge companies visit campus for placements. Highest pakage in placement goes around 1.5 crore annually to lowest pakage around 8 LPA. Companies mainly comes for SDE role. But apart that few comes for PM, Data Science, Consulting profiles as well.

Responsive faculty and well managed curriculum to focus on specific areas of each students to make them better in the region of technolgy where they want to grow. mid level toughness with regular tests and end sem combining the internal and external practical exams.

I always loved coding and learning about new technologies. Also, jobs in CS/IT department are paid high. The faculty and student ratio is on the medium side. Faculties are highly qualified from IIT and top private colleges. They are very helpful and have a great pedagogy.

Best college of uttrakhand

Remarks:

A very good college. There is no spoon feeding scene like that of private institute. As good ranking students are there you can have a good academic competition which will nurture your ability and groom to you be a better engineer.

Yes, I have applied for other colleges as well, like JAYPEE Noida, but the main thing is that they are not offering the Computer Science branch there, and it was also quite far from my home.
