College of Engineering Roorkee is the best Technical of Uttrakhand.

College Management is very good and helpful. Faculties and staff are very cooperative.

The course curriculum of college comes from Uttrakhand Technical University, Dehradun. Exam Structure is relevant for students and Exams are not so much tough. They also organized Industrial Visits for Students. They also organized many Workshops or learning programmes for student to develop students skill. Faculties also motivate students to learn something thing and develop skills that help to secure placements. They also prepare students for placement Interviews by organizing group discussion or debate programs and interview programs.

There are so many companies visited on the campus every year for all courses such as HCL, Infosys, Zaro Education, Extra Marks, Supertech, Byjus, US Tech, Wipro, etc. The highest package of the college is 39.5 lacs per annum and the Average Package is 7 lacs per annum. Almost everyone got placement in good recruiting companies.

There are 12 committees or clubs in college. There is so many fests organize by committees like Zion (A mega Cultural Fest by Oorja), Manthan ( A Technical Fest by Disha), Expression (3-day fest by Linguistic), Haritima ( A green fest by Eco club), Ki Po Che ( A kite flying Competition organize by Spic Macay) and many more. There are many participating in different fest. There are 4 different Dance groups which are performed in various IITs and Universities.

The college fee is not high. For BTech whole course fee is 140000 per year. College accepts fee in the mode of cash, cheque or demand draft. The hostel fee is 62500 per year+ 10000 (security for one time). They take tuition fees in advance to secure an admission. You can also submit a fee in installment with a late fee charge.

They also provide education loan facilities and scholarships for students who are from Uttrakhand only.

Campus life is so much good, many fests organized by different clubs or committees which make the college environment very fun. There are many extracurricular activities is organize by faculties to develop the skills of the student and learn something different from others. There are many sports programs also organize in different fields. Two Technical committees Disha and TRAIC they teach about robotics, machine learning, programming, etc. And also participates in technical fests in IITs.

The hostel has all the facilities like 24 hrs Electricity, Water supply, High-Speed internet Wi-FI, Security, etc. Hostel fee including mess and laundry. There is an option for one or two-seater room with AC or Non- AC. Only pure vegetarian food is allowed on Campus. Non-Vegetarian food, alcohol, and cigarettes are strictly banned in the campus area.

Seniors are helpful and goods in nature. They teach manners and help in the development of skills for their juniors. They are sometimes strict but they treat juniors like a family.

I got admission by the Management Counselling in this college. College gives admission on the basis of your intermediate marks or UKSEE score ranking. The admission process starts from the last week of April to the 1st week of August or depends upon a number of seats. College gives options for 9 different Courses.

College of Engineering provides the best and highly qualified faculty from IITs and NITs. Most of the faculty have done their Ph.D from IITs and NITs. Faculties are so cooperative and helpful. They organize many workshops on different topics like Artificial Intelligence, Machine learning, Soft Skills Development, Ethical Hacking, Programming Languages, etc. for the development of student's skills.
