Remarks
Management was very supportive in helping students and conducted meeting to know there opinions and suggestions during each semesters. A group leader is selected for a committee and he/she will submit a report to the management. The management reviewed the report and inform the changes to the students.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum was okay.But still the university have to improve more on the topics and subject.Each semester was tough enough and we all had work too hard to pass the semesters.Overall subjects and workshops were hard enough to complete.
Placement Experience
College provides some internship opportunities to the students.Job opportunity provided by the college was not up to the mark.Most of the placement were on small scale industries and the stipend provided was very less.
College Events
Every festival were celebrated well within the college.College management spends special attention for such events.Technical festivals and art festival were conducted once in a year.Each of it will be conducted for 2-3 days.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Since I studied in management quota I had spend 50 thousand more than students who comes there through government quota for each year.However for normal students the course fees were feasible.Additional fees for other activities were also taken by the management.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes, I had applied for educational loan and it was granted for each semester.I paid seventy percentage of money for each semester through education loan.College helped to generate all the documents which is needed for loan.
Campus Life
It was ok.Each semester have two labs that is compulsory.All of it were subject related.About sports we have some team in basketball, football, hockey etc.Extracurricular activities were done occasionally.
Alumni/Alumna
Yeah, sure.Alumni network always help all of us to keep in touch.It also helps each other in profession also.Senior students all also very helpful and they helped us in informing job opportunities.
Admission
After completing higher secondary education I go for engineering entrance exam coaching.I qualified in the entrance exam for engineering admission but I was not in the top list.So I applied for engineering in management quota and I got admission in St.Thomas college of engineering and technology, chengannoor.
Faculty
All the faculty were supportive and helpful.They all prepare separate note and exercise for each subjects and issue it to the students during each semester.Each workshops were conducted under the guidance of faculty and they alle enquiries and check the practicals that we all done.
