Fantastic College

I have all positive about the college, it has made me a good human being and I am today is because of this organization. All lectures, admin staff, cafeteria all were very good. Strict policy is formulated for ragging by the authorities.

Curriculum and and examination is based on the the university rules. And Delhi University is known for for its well diversified curriculum across all stream. Examination during my time was on annual basis i. e., an internal examination and an external examination annually. But now it's a semester system.

The college has its own placement cell where every year renowned companies come and offer jobs for under graduate students. Apart form this Delhi University has its placement cell where students can apply. And talking about internships, college do offer this and many students work as well as study.

The college celebrate all kind of events, like counselling, annual fests, department fests, annual sports day, alumni meet and many more. Each department organized their own event every year like commerce department, science department and cultural societies.

It's a govt. college based on university rules, so fees is very nominal compared with private university. It's very affordable for all class of students. About Rs. 6000 per semeste which is feasible. Though the fee is under revision.

College offers scholarship for students based on a exam, any student can opt for the exam and avail the scholarship easily. Taking about bank loan which is also available though the college doesn't offer the same but the banks offer loan facility.

The college has well versed labs like physics, chemistry, computer, home science, social science, cultural labs. The labs are fully equipped with all possible equipments. Rather the labs are one of the best in the university.

The college doesn't have it's own hostel facility for the students. But in the nearby places PGs are available easily as very low cost for both boys and girls. Very good facilities are available with marginal prices.

Alumni network is very good, regular alumni meets are conducted by the college authorities, where you can meet old friends and family, it's really a good reunion. Achievrs are facilitated regularly, also community lunch are organized.

This college comes under University of Delhi, so it's admission criterion is governed by the rule of the university. Usually admission is based on the merit list i.e., Class 12 marks, except few courses. I also got admission on the basis of merit list only.

College faculty is excellent, all lectures are well versed with knowledge and experience. Moreover they are very very cooperative and supportive. They always help students in whichever way possible. So a student need not worry about it.
