Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is very interesting and indulging as the college is autonomous. The exam structure unveils the true science student out of you and prepare you for various kinds of national level competitions.
Placement Experience
Placements are there is various companies. Job satisfaction is there but if you want high salary you need to look for some other college. Here in Fergusson students mainly come for preparing for various national level examinations rather than getting a job after UG or PG.
College Events
There are various celebrations. Here we celebrate departmental fest days in the last week of dec. or in first week of january. They are quite exciting days when we get chance to show our skills other than academic performance.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It is feasible. You can complete your UG in the grant in aid department in just max. 20, 000 rs. whereas it is somewhat high in self finance departments. Any person from any background can come here and study.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are various scholarships such as Inspire Scholarship by Govt. of India for students pursuing Bsc course and also the college provides your fee back if you score 10.0 CGPA in any year. It is quite motivating.
Campus Life
Sports facilities are good but not upto the mark for such a college which is well renowned in the country. Other activities such as culturally and departmental fest are good. They provide a platform for displaying our skills other than academics.
Alumni/Alumna
Senior students are pretty helpful. After going out of the college everyone has realised the import ace of the college's disciplined and that why they suggest us to follow the college rationally and get what we want out of the college.
Admission
It is an old and autonomous college with it's alumni reaching the heights of success in various spheres of professional life. Online application forms are invited and then you have to keep looking for the merit list and subsequently you are called on for a counselling session.
Faculty
Faculty is quite leaned. There are some masters of their own fields who ignite the spark of research in you and allow you to grow independently. There are some teachers with out basic english knowledge because of their Marathi background but they have strong hold on the concepts.
