Course Curriculum Overview
Our course is quite though but the faculty is really cooperative and smart. Here exams are taken of 75 marks and rest 25 marks are of internal test marks including 5 marks for attendance. It is followed in the entire du.
Placement Experience
The placement cell of the college is not very active as we don't find many internship for my course. The highest package is of 4 Lacs p. a. but mainly the package depends on your skills and knowledge. The lowest package is 3,20,000. The top roles offered for my course is content writer, editor and proof reading. Mostly students don't opt for internship and choose to study higher but those who apply from them around 65% get it because placement are not so much.
College Events
Usually there were very less good events. The main attraction of the fresher's was always the celebrity performers. Apart from that, be it fresher's, farewell nothing was really good. Talking about other events, there were no intercollege events.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is very feasible, not at all expensive. It's like maximum 9000/- per year and that's it. Examination fee is also not very much. If you wanna re appear in any paper, that is also nominal. Just the answer sheet viewing fee is a bit high.
Hostel Facilities
The infrastructure of the college is very old fashioned. The furniture of the college is also not upto the mark most of the furniture is Ill maintained only canteen and library are good. The college is equipped with good Wi-Fi connection. The food of the canteen is good and that too at affordable rates.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes, very helpful and friendly. The bonding is nice among the seniors and juniors from what I have experienced. There's nothing as ragging sort of stuff going on. Everyone chilled out together. The seniors are helpful with the notes and information and all.
Admission
I got admission through du merit list. Lakshmibai college is affiliated through du. Therefore it releases its cutoff. And when the cut off marks matches to your percentage or greater than that, you can come to college and take admission.
Faculty
The faculty is actually good but the lecture timings and gaps make it impossible to actually benefit from the faculty. The faculty is really cooperative and smart. I can enlist the enthusiastic professors and peer group who'll be the most motivating factor throughout your experience.
