The management is good but if students face any difficulty then there are various unions to deal with the management.
Course Curriculum Overview
Related to basic science and mostly based on predefined syllabus decided by University. The basic science curriculum was like a revision to the HSC course. The courses were not very tough and the exams can be easily passed by studying for a short duration of time.
Placement Experience
No placements are provided by the college, students have to look for the jobs. Also there is no guidance given by college to get a job in industry.
College Events
Annual festivals are celebrated during December to January every year. The festival is independently celebrated by each department and has a unique name per department. The festivals end with high note through some celebrations like band, or DJ. There are no teachings during the festival.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Very less fees for the granted courses like B.Sc and M.Sc. the fees for granted courses ranges from 1000 to 10000 per year. For non granted courses the fees are 10000 to 50000 per year. Apart from the yearly fees the exam form fees are to be paid separately.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes vairious government fellowship and scholarships can be opted by the students. The college does not provid its own fellowship.
Campus Life
The labs for basic science practicals are good. The gender ratio is about 50:50. Various extra curricular activities run across the campus like NSS, NCC. There is no discrimination. Sports facilities are eminent and ample amount of space is available for sports.
Hostel Facilities
No I did not opt for hostels. The hostels are with single rooms, with limited availability based on merit. There is no food facility from the hostels. The average fees per year is around rs 30000. There are mess available around the hostel premises.
Alumni/Alumna
The college has many famous alumni including many politicians, actors, scientists and businessmen. The alumni often visit the college.
Admission
Merit list based on HSC marks. There are around 600 vacancies in science field for different courses. There are six classes for 100 students. Based on subjects the students are divided into 6 classes. There are upto 3 waiting lists to get admissions.
Faculty
Number of lectures 6 to 7 per day. The lecturers are mostly Ph.D in there subjects with good research experience and some with industrial experience. It is very easy to meet the faculties and professors to solve the doubts and get guidance. The faculties also encourage students to do so.
