Infrastructure, Environment was very good. Faculty quality was very poor.

Yes, It has cloud computing, Mainframe Technology, Open source and other branches that was specialized into these technologies specifically. College had collaboration with IBM, so courses was prescribed by IBM. Courses was too good but Faculties were not upto the mark to teach those courses.

Placement was good, many MNC like IBM, L&at Infosys visited campus. I got placed in IBM and Infosys but chose to join IBM because I studied mainframe technology and Mainframe means IBM.

UURJA, IBM fest. Uurja was the only good fest that used to be organized in campus in the month of November or December. Bands like Eka, Euphoria and celebrity like Hardyy Sandhu visited our campus. It was okay kind of Experience. Students from different colleges had to buy passes for entrance.

Expensive, almost 50% more than other colleges. Usually other colleges had annual fee of 1.3 or 1.4 lacs per annum but our college fee was above 2 lacs per annum. The only issues with the university was it fee structure else everything was perfect.

No, I was not given any scholarships. It was only for the residents on Uttarakhand. 25% fee liverage was given to them.

Campus life was too good. Gender ratio was 30:70, cultural program and fest were organized once or twice in a year. Extracurricular activities were organized by dfiferet groups of students within the college. Mechatronics and automotive design students used to organize robotics competition.

No, I was living in PG. At that time PG rent was around 2500 per bed, 2500 for fooding. So total Expenditure came out to be per month was around 7000 including everything. Dehradun is very safe for students so no issues.

Yes, there are regular seminars in which alumni are invited. Alumni are also invited in the counselling to convince students to take admission in college.

Though entrance exam because college has specialized courses for different technology in computer science. Counselling happened in Dhaula Kuan, New Delhi. I got computer science with specialization in Mainframe Technology. Got admitted in UPES in July 2012.

Faculties were not that experienced, not even good knowledge level. The MTech students of the university were asked to teach the students of B.tech. They're not experienced enough to teach the students. Students had to study on their own, library and college University was good for studious students.
