College is good but since it is located far away from city therefore there is slight problem of public transport.
Course Curriculum Overview
In this course you will cover a wide variety of subjects like thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, mass transfer etc. You will be having a great opportunity to learn new softwares like matlab, HTRI, Comsol. There will be two projects. One is the minor project which would be covered in third year and a major project which would be covered in final year. You will have industrial visit which is not available in most of the colleges. College will provide you Summer Interenships in the core companies.
Placement Experience
The placement of college is dramatic. Companies like L&T, Reliance, Infosys, Cognizant, Essar steel visit. You will be having an oppourtunity to work in any type of profile you want. There will be an option for you for core and non core companies. If you have the core opportunity then you will not be allowed to sit in non core. But if you have non core opportunity in your hand then core will always ne an option.
College Events
Famous singers like Hardy sandhu have visited our college. There will be different fest like URJA, there will be technical fest also. There are different committes in which you can enroll youself for different roles. There are technical lectures held time to time by famous industrial personalities.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is quite expensive but it is worth studying. The hostel accomodation facility is for few only but there are lots and lots of other hostels and PG's where you can reside. The fee structure is ame for all caste irrespective of your gender.
Fees and Financial Aid
I haven't opted for any scholarship. But if cour CGPA for a year is greater than 9 then you will get the scholarship.
Campus Life
Campus life is very good. Many sports facilities is also available. There will be tournaments like cricket, football etc. There is a facility of gym also which is very good. There will be proper trainee. There are different student chapters in which you can enroll yourself.
Alumni/Alumna
Senior students are very supportive. They will always be there for you for any kind of help you need. They are very friendly.
Admission
I opted this course because chemical engineering has a wide scope. The placement of this college is extremely fantastic. I applied for my college through college website. I gave the entrance exam and the counselling rook place in New Delhi. I got the rank 3780 and I had an option to take any of the course I want.
Faculty
The faculty is very good. They have high underatanding of subjects. They will be available for you 24hrs in case you need any type of support. There is an online learning platform provided by the college to there students where there will be video lectures, there will be ebooks. The faculty will provide their numbers so can clear your doubts on call.
