My course review

The Course Curriculum & Exam Structure Is very smooth and it relevant to students research-driven. Course curriculum depends on the semester system and Extra classes are also provided so that students get more knowledge. Industrial visits are held from university and the college encourages students to do so.

Placement is good because many of my seniors got job in the third year and today they re working in private and government companies. Placement and job opportunities are not good for all the department. The Career and Counseling Cell of our college takes the responsibilities of the students to provide them job.

The fees are very affordable. For the whole year, it is around INR 1600. also, the college provides many scholarships such as Students' Aid Fund (Funded by the Institution), Free studentship (Funded by the institution), Bidi Stipend (Funded by Central Govt.), Merit- Cum- Means Scholarship funded by the Govt. of West Bengal based on Higher Secondary Marks and Maya Bhowmik Merit Scholarship.

The college has many facilities such as College Canteen, Students? Common Rooms, Students? Welfare / Aid funds, Career and Counseling Cell, Remedial Coaching, Science Laboratory. The college has a huge library. which provides facilities for reading and using computers, Internet etc. The college also provides hostel facilities to the students with benefits like study table, fan, running water, a neat and clean mess, security and medical backup.

To get admission in this college, A candidate has to pass 10+2 from a recognized board conducted by the I.S.C. or C.B.S.E. or any other Board recognized as equivalent by the Cooch Behar Panchanan Barma University. There are some documents which I had to submit with offline form such as One attested copy of Admit card/certificate of Madhyamik or Equivalent Examination, One attested copy of Marksheet of H.s or Equivalent Examination, Residential certificate for home distance, School Leaving Certificate and one copy of recent passport size photograph to be affixed in the admission form without attested.

My favourite teacher is Prof. Biswajit Bose, he is an Assistant Professor at my college. he is very knowledgeable and highly qualified. Their mode of teaching is really good - simple yet effective. They provide motivation when we lose our hopes and makes us very strong to achieve our goals and dreams.
