It is one of the prestigious college, I opted for HansRaj because on the merit basis it was the best possible option available for me. And luckily I got Economics Honors, it is one of the best course in the entire circuit of DU, adding to this from my high school I had heard that HansRaj offers the best Eco hons, so I grab this. Being a commerce student, I was fond of Maths from the school level, my interest in Maths and Eco forced me opt Eco hons instead of Bcom H ( I was also getting Bcom H with the same score) But today I feel satisfied over my decision. Economics is one of the best field one can ever opt. Last but not the least, HansRaj has the best crowd from all over the country.

As I mentioned about this earlier, I was fond of Maths and Economics since my high school. Coming to faculty review we have very well experienced professors. Tutorial, classes and doubt clearing session on regular basis. It wasn't difficult to pass but it's difficult to score above 9 CGPA particularly in Economics

BCG, KPMG, CY- CAFTA are some of the very prestigious ones who came into college. From Ecom most of the students look forward to work in consulting services and many work as digital marketers, PR heads

There is a placement cell and a internship cell in HansRaj, they are very active regarding placements, they keep on sending information to all the students reg these. And even in campus students get to explore a lot, many of them even founded so many new things.

I think the cost of study is much lower as compared to public institutions, we only need to pay 21000 pa because it's a govt. college, as compared to the fee if we will see the benefits we get are much greater, education facilities plus classroom facilities.

Every college conduct it's annual fest in the month of Feb and March, HansRaj annual fest is Confluence, it lasts for 3 days where in along the common fest every society conduct competitions and event(even at national levels), the best part of fest is Star Nights. The entire campus is extremely good in organising sports competitions, like in our college there is a sports committee which keeps on organising inter college competitions.
